I will try to keep it short and to the point: - Interactive activities are now outdated. Feels more like a homage to the early 1990s - Many were broken and/or very difficult to use - Lack of instructions - Lack of directions to advertised events. Yes Mr/Mrs Management surprise! no one reads the leaflets, please have some clear signs.... More

Went early during Easter holidays and it was a good plan because it gets busy but comfortable busy. My boys spent most of the time on the climbit frame. Unbelievable fun. Great height too for the real climber!! And high enough for the not so adventurous. Spacebase had to be booked for guaranteed spaces. Personally its more for the adults... More

What a great museum. We laid out with tons of activities for the kids to explore with a science theme. We spent 2-3 hours and could have had a couple more without boredom setting in. A great demonstration on the physical properties of liquid nitrogen thrown in too! Although it was the school holidays it didn't feel too packed.

Your purchase a family ticket for the day, you can leave and re enter through out the day. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is a must, especially if you have school-age children. From the amazing "climbit" frame to the musical stairs and many activities to be done on each level, it can keep the family occupied for hours. We were there for at least 5 hours and the large array of restaurants on the ground floor meant we could leave at... More

We drove to Belfast specifically for this museum as we heard many good things about it. So we arrived early, at opening time, and I'm glad we did because the queue was very long afterwards (bank holiday weekend). They had an experiments session going on at the top floor and kids were extremely entertained. The person that conducted the experiment... More

Went here on Easter Sunday and we had a great time. Go early is my advice as it's gets busy but the kids lovely it and there is lots to do. You will need 2 hours at least to get around it. Kids are 10 and 8 which is the perfect age for this place.

Popped in about a year since our last visit. Got there just after 11 and queues were massive and slow moving. It's also very expensive. A family of four was £29:50. They have a new space indoor play area at £3:50 per head with pre allocated. 2 hour slots. You can gift aid but this isn't free. They actually charge... More

Went here today with my two children 3 & 5....first off it was bank holiday monday so it was absolutely mobbed...not their fault of course but it did make it a bit difficult to get around and a bit of waiting around where normally that might not be the case.... The first thing my kids showed interest in was the... More
