It's meant to be rejuvenated as a boutique hotel. My solicitor used to be in in and it's a fabulous mansion house.

Had to meet an agency in the building. What an amazing building,great architecture and it would be wonderful to work in. Approximately 110 years old and must have seen different trades in its time!!

Really enjoy the decor of the building! The historical significance is huge, one of the nicest buildings in Belfast.
