Found the records here for my grandmothers birth and the name, profession and home of my great-grandparents. Staff is quite helpful and once they teach you how to use it the system is just a wealth of information.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lot of information here but also a lot has been destroyed, so it's pot luck as to whether what you need is available.

An organized - and calm - atmosphere with lots of helpful people and plenty of space. If you're working on Northern Irish genealogy, this is a great place to go.
