Stopped off for a look on the bus tour. Very impressive building and a link back in history to when Belfast industry was importing and exporting to the world massively.

Nice to walk around and in the same square as Albert Memorial clock tower. Some plaques around to provide some information and history. The Salmon of knowledge and the water front are also close by.

Visited for the SLF / Stranglers gig. Great area for an outside venue. Sold out gig but plenty of room. Bars and toilets were busy as expected but we had a cracking time. Also loved Belfast.

Attended the SLF event on 26/08 and was very impressed with the setup. High stage with a few raised sections, for a sold out event it never felt over crowded, easy to move around. Great sound. Bars were busy but didn't take too long to...More

The square was buzzing today as thousands attended Gay Pride event. It is a particular experience to see the fusion of the modern jollities with the austere of the Customs House building.

The Victorian building was designed by the architect Charles Lanyon and there's a sculpture on the Custom House steps, which depicts a speaker addressing an audience in Custom House Square. Near to it are the Albert Clock Tower, Big Fish and the city centre.

A nice piece of architecture with a wonderful outside space for concerts, surrounded by modern monstrosities.
