I come here all the time because I live locally. It is beautiful in all seasons. While lively and busy in summer, it is quiet and tranquil in the colder months. The Palm House and Ulster Museum are the main attractions.

Walked around looking at the flowers and the amazing work the gardeners do. Loved the green house and all the huge plants. Great to see such beauty in one place. So quiet , hard to think you are in the centre of a city

I had a very enjoyable walk with my old friend Gary, we passed a stunning part of the garden with archways draped in purple flowers. Could not recommend this more for a nice, simple picnic location with a great view!

Love this place- it's a short walk but there's a rose garden, greenhouse and also has a connection to the Ulster museum! Great for a sunny day

We just came ot of the museum into the grounds and did not pay a charge, so as far as I am aware it is free unless there is somehing special on.
