Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A well-kept memorial to the Troubles and its personal effect on humans, with insight into some of those who perished.
Large pictures assist, but it's the wire grid on the end of the terrace of houses just alongside the memorial garden that's most chilling - built to protect those in the back garden from things thrown over the wall.
This is still a raw piece of contemporary history.

It was a wonderful experience, Belfast's a fine city, people that love Ireland can't miss it, people that want to learn what happened during the tragic period of time known as the Troubles can't miss it !!!

I cried here. This war that I watched from America, touched my soul in this Memorial. Beautiful and heartbreaking.

Seeing this struggle in such a vivid way, hurt my heart. I’m glad to see this, I don’t fully understand this fight that continues today. Everyone has thoughts, the people around the area were kind to share with us. We came to Belfast for just this.
