The staff are friendly and know their chocolate. Werll worth a visit and it possible ask.get a trip round, it is fascinating watching chocolatiers at work.

Even though I am a chocolate lover, this really was just for the kids. They loved it, bit pricey charge for choccies at end.

If you love chocolate this is definitely the place for you. Loved the tour and the history behind if. Was given lots of chocolate en route to try. Taste was beautiful. Would recommend

A great hour for kids. Am understanding of how chocolate is moulded. Lots of samples. Great entertainment, guide was excellent. Shop at the end very chess to buy things, had hoped it would sell some of their exciting products.

Went with hubby and kids last year and found it was an ok afternoon so intended to return however they don't open on weekends .. Shame as this is when the kids are off school and looking for something to do !!More

Excellent staff member who was very informative, approachable and engaging. Chocolate was yummy too. Daughter thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and can not wait to show her friends at school. We hope to visit again on the new premises.More
