Langland is probably the worst of the beaches in the Mumbles area. My advice would be to visit the nearly Caswell beach or of you have transport visit Pwll Du or Oxwich beaches. It felt a little shabby to be honest.

Very friendly Italian welcome at the cafe/restaurant. Looks expensive initially but actually we ended up sharing and it then turned out to be very good value and plenty. Very popular. This was a Monday lunch and it was full. Clearly it's reputation goes before it....More

Easy to park, close to the beach with regular council charges. Good facilities including tennis courts. Lovely, Sandy beach with rock pools and plenty to do.

This beach is easy to reach by car or foot. No dogs on the beach in the summer, so good for families. There are life guards, several eateries, showers, toilets and tennis courts

There are the old classic style beach huts, lining an old World style beach prom, as if time has stood still.

Lovely beach, the best beach nearest to Swansea. Great for families, with a good beach cafe. Try the terrace of the Brasserie to just watch the world go by.

What a lovely place. Hope to visit the Brasserie for lunch next time! We played frisbee on the beach although weather was not the best. Lovely views and we ventured towards the cliffs for a walk.
