Listened to all the pre-event information about security only to find the bag search queue was a shambles. Yes it was pouring down but there was no information, no structure or organisation to get through the first layer of security, very disappointing. Once inside we...More

Arrived in plenty of time so no queuing to get in, or for drinks. Well organised and helpful staff. Stayed at Newport and travelled in by train, exiting the stadium and back to the trains was also well signposted and organised. Coldplay were amazing.

Walked up what seemed like a thousand steps to our seats for the Concert. Excellent view, roof was closed as it was raining but the whole place was comfortable, toilets were quite clean, but the drinks etc are very expensive.

Needs more drink and food outlets likewise merchandise stalls. We spent so long queueing first for the ladies and then for drinks that we missed one support act altogether.

Visited the Principality Stadium to see Coldplay in July. Brilliant venue, great views from the whole stadium and fantastic organisation of stewards to help with seating, toilets, bar areas etc. Would recommend this venue for all events.
