Seems like a Coffee shop now rather than a Visitors Information Centre. Poor uncomfortable seating especially if you are disabled with some tables so low they must be meant for children. Friendly staff good service, overall in need of a refurbishment.

Stopped off for coffee opposite the Castle. Very nice view. Coffee was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Recommended

The centre is in an excellent location next to a small car park in the centre of Caerphilly. The castle is right opposite and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a decent selection of cakes and snacks, service was friendly and prices...More

This is the perfect place to begin your tour of Caerphilly. They've lovely cakes & coffees served with expert advice on what to see & do. Wonderfully friendly, unique gifts and souvenirs, maps, etc... just an overall charming spot to visit.

What a treat to have a dog friendly cafe with good food and a fantastic view over the castle .A warm welcome and excellent service from Kayleigh and Karin who made sure the dogs had fresh water too. If only all coffee shops were like...More

Service was exceptional. Service a smile. Helpful staff. Especially Karyn. Good local produce with Welsh cakes and local cheese on sale. Friendly atmosphere. Very clean
