What an awesome construction. Mind blowing to think it was built without mechanical assistance as we now know it.

This ,Thomas Telfords aqueduct is a fantastic sight if you've got a head for heights. The walks along the Llangollen canal are lovely and easy in stunning coutryside. It is an easy walk from here and back to Llangollen without having to cross a road.

This has been on our 'to do' list for some years. Although very much out of season, it was well worth the visit. We were only able to walk the aqueduct, but it was breathtaking. In the season there would be more to do, such...More

Felt safer in a boat - I don’t like heights 😂 so no idea how long it would take to walk, sorry
