Not played the course but used the range several times. Excellent range, good view and guidance markers. Manual tees meaning take your time getting through 90 balls. Good value and staff and shop knowledgeable and welcoming. Looking forward to trying the course when time allows as first impressions of facilities are very good.

Have played this course regularly. This is only because of the convenient location. Tee boxes. Terrible condition. Almost half of the tee boxes are bad temps or mats for half the year. A lot of them are on a slope and overgrown. Fairways. The fairways are like first cut rough on a good course. Rough. The rough areas on the... More

This place is closed for a reason. Look around Flintshire and there are plenty of courses to enjoy. I would look at Mold, both of the Padeswood clubs, and possibly Northop in summer.

Although the course had not been at its best over last winter, much work has been done, and the whole course is coming to its best. The greens are good and the fairways, bunkers, and general appearance compares favourably with all local courses. If like me you enjoy a welcoming and friendly experience, this golf club cannot be beaten.

This course is a gem, welcoming to golfers of all ages. There are excellent coaching facilities for beginners, improvers, children, seniors and ladies. All weather driving range facilities and an indoor putting area mean that you can practise all year. The course is well run, relatively straight forward for beginners, with forgiving blue tees set further forward. Yet, as you... More

me and a friend booked to play this morning through tee off times. For a competitive price of 10 per person (turned out to be over priced). I ask some gentlemen what time they were teeing off they advised the same time as us. I thought oh well, double booked. It happens, get on with it. We realised early in... More

Challenging 18 hole course with tricky greens. Very good short game practice area, plus driving range. Worth a visit.

Possibly the friendliest golf club in the area. Excellent practice facilities and teaching centre with sessions for young children through to seniors. Very active seniors section with over 100 members alone. Good clubhouse, shop and social programme. Visitors, including societies and casual golfers will always get a good welcome from staff and members. The course is not one of the... More

Paid £35:00 for a four ball with bacon roll and coffee. Had a great day, course was a little wet, but that was not surprising considering the amount of rain we have had. Enjoyed it so much I will book it for our society. Well done to all

What lovely people. As a new member the welcome extended is superb. A massive friendly seniors section with loads of competitions and interclub matches. Not the very best course, but nevertheless a challenge that will make you warm to it and come back time after time. Excellent well priced food and drink in a friendly warm clubhouse and bar/restaurant. Practice... More
