I took my mum here for a trip when she was visiting Snowdonia, she hasn't ridden for over twenty years and I am a complete novice. Our booking for a two hour hack was at 2pm, but they were running late so by the time we got on horses it was nearer to 3pm. From the moment we met our... More

Booked a ride to introduce myself back into riding after years of not riding, so a bit nervous. Instantly reassured on arrival, felt it was an easy going and friendly establishment in a beautiful setting. All the horses were clearly well looked after and calm. Went out riding Erin and escorted by staff member Kerry. Kerry was great - reassuring... More

We had two rides, the first wet one with children and the adults. IT was wet, well it is Snowdonia and horses well behaved and safe. The second ride was just adults in glorious weather on safe for the two beginners The scenery is stunning, the riding fabulous and the escorts helpful and safety conscious. We also Stayed in the... After booking a ride for 1pm and turning up at quarter too, we were told very rudely that our ride was actually at 2 and we had it wrong (although we certainly agreed 1 on the phone!) We returned just before 2 then waited nearly half an hour while the horses were tacked up and got ready. Running extremely late... More

I have absolutely nothing negative to say! From arriving to leaving our whole experience was positive! Kerry was accommodating to the differing needs of each rider in her charge The horses were clearly well looked after, happy and healthy. The ride itself was gorgeous, wonderful views, stopping halfway at a lovely cafe with friendly staff. (We did a full day... More

I had the most incredible ride here escorted by Kerry. The hack was through stunning mountain forest and we cantered, walked and chatted for hours! The horses were fit for purpose and sound. I rode Jojo who was well up for a canter which was perfect for me. Please remember this is a trekking yard on a working farm. It... More

The experience was completely ruined by overbearing groom who embarrassed my eldest son who had never ridden before and was told off in a shocking way for being unable to mount correctly first time..He didn't want to ride then as he was already nervous without the humiliation in front of all the other riders..then I was unable to ride near... We arrived today having booked a family ride out for 5, and driven over an hour, to be told that our booking had been can less due to the weather?! It was raining, but it was/is Snowdonia, so no surprises there really! We had to go and find someone who told us our booking had been cancelled and we had... More

Whilst on holiday nearby we looked into giving our daughter her first experience of a proper horse ride. Cindy was so helpful in an email after I requested what would be possible and when. Then, when I booked she was just as helpful and accommodating on the phone. We took our six year old daughter and were greeted by lovely... More
