Walk here often and a place I will always take people to from out of the area. The walks are all so well marked and so much to see on them and just so quiet and peaceful. Has to be one of my favourite places.

We took this walk with our two dogs on a warm September day. We took the long route which was pretty heavy on the uphills but definitely worth it for the lake and the views. Great for the dogs as there was good access to...More

Walked one of the strenuous dedicated hiking trails and was not disappointed. A beautiful scenic walk that takes you up hill, through forests, through fields and passed waterfalls. Took 3 hours but worth it.

Rode the full trail once and final descent once more as part of a biking/ walking trip to Snowdonia. Stunning woodland - felt like being in a temperate rain forest! Trail had some great views, interesting (and never too technical) downhill sections, and quite a...More

Brilliant area for walking and many mountain bike tracks of varying difficulty. Walking tracks have waymarkers so are easy to follow

Great ride on the Marin MTB trail (start near LLanwrst). Stunning views and well built/maintained trail. Quite a bit of gravel road linking up the single track but that does give you time to chat with your ride buddies and enjoy the views. The new...More
