We went here as place of interest. It was heavily raining and river was absolutely running riot. For £1.50 (use correct change) it's worth it. There is a parking spaces near the entrance and a pub opposite!

Amazing waterfall which provided us with some lovely pictures. £1.50 each to enter- seems strange when there is nothing there apart from a viewing platform. We were only there 10 minutes. Hotel car park opposite you have to pay to park in but we had...More

If you're fit and able, do a circular walk up the river side and back down the road side viewing the falls from both sides. For the less able or disabled visitors the falls can be accessed via the turnstile/gates. There are around 95 steps...More

We visited the Falls after a night's rain, when the river was in full spate. I guess it would be less dramatic in the summer, but it was well worth seeing on a grey, drizzly day. The power of nature is awesome.

After deciding to walk the entire river from Betws y coed to see the Swallow falls, we were disappointed that the path suddenly took us to the road. We walked up the road to the entrance and were a bit annoyed to see after walking...More

You can’t visit Betws-y-coed without seeing Swallow Falls. Easily accessible from the roadside with a small charge of £1.50 pp. Various viewing platforms at different levels. Lovely backdrop of the autumnal forest and a substantial amount of water coming over the falls due to all...More

Visited with my 1 year old daughter who also loved it! Great location, not a bad walk either, very manageable.

Yes I went with my 5 month old but I wouldn't bother with the pram as there are quite a few steps. They would be best in a carrier, hope this helps. X
