An oasis of peace and tranquility with lovely views over the Dee valley towards Dinas Bran Castle. Cafe serves tasty food made to order and the staff couldn't be more helpful. A lovely garden to explore whatever the season.

Spent few hours here exploring the grounds, lots of nooks an crannies to find and walks by the river. The house is wonderful, with elaborately carved oak panels, walls and stair case, lovely food served at the little café, well worth a visit.

The house and grounds make an excellent visit - as well as the remarkable story behind Plas Newydd. The wood carving is very special indeed.

A nice old house with an interesting history that is worth visiting if you have some spare time, but not sure I'd make a special trip. Lovely gardens and views.

TA description is incorrect. There is a Plas Newydd on Anglesey but this isn't it. This is LLangollen
