Great exhibitions & staff, a shop full of quirky arty things (ideal place to look/find unusual gifts!) plus another full of books and a busy cafe serving reasonably priced delicious food. It’s a great place to visit!

Love the cafeteria at the arts centre. Best selection of vegetarian food for miles around and at great prices. Can get very busy at peak times with a queue for the food and a struggle to find an empty table but well worth the hassle...More
We went to see Flash Dance on stage it was very good and I enjoy going there to see the art work and my relation who as been there for about 30 years working behind stage with the costumes and now helping in the foyer...More
Nice little theatre with good facilities,reasonably pricedbar with tables outside and nice views,also a cheap cafe which we didn't use. The one downpart was that I found the legroom in the theatre to small, worse than a budget airline.
We went to see the Radical Craft: Alternative Ways of Making exhibition and the series of portraits by artists Jenellen & Byfield which were excellent. The Arts Centre has a restaurant (although we didn't try this) and there is a book shop and gift shop...More
