In summer this is a lovely spot for a picnic or to enjoy the flowers. Even in autumn or winter on a clear day it can provide shelter to sit and think. For children and young at heart the ruins themselves provide the backdrop for...More

It was sunny and we spent a good while exploring the ruins of the castle. Lots of places to sit down and admire the view of the town.

Very nice castle which located in front of sea and middle of city . I recommend to visit the castle while you visiting Aberystwyth

A walk on the promenade cannot be complete without a visit to the Castle. Not much of a castle left to see but still the entrance is intact. The board with the historic facts was very difficut to read.

we had one day in Aberystwyth and although the weather wasn`t the best ( very windy ) we were impressed by the castle and hope to return when we can spend more time to appreciate the surroundings and the views.

On a part.of the with view of castle as backdrop. On a balmy summers evening as the sun goes down the show starts and of course the stalls where you can buy cakes and all other sweet things.

Overlooking Cardigan bay, this splendid ruin of an ancient castle is fun to explore for adults as well as children.
