A short walk outside of the city centre sits St George's which is a place of tranquillity were you can take a few minutes and reflect on what is happening in the modern world.

Simply a beautiful place for reflection. Its stunning architecture takes your breath away in such a busy place now on the edge of Worcesters City Walls Road.

Beautifully decorated. In the heart of Worcester City. Easy access by bus, train, foot and car park at the back. Elgar played the organ here as did his father. Services every day. A must visit.

Wanted to join the Elgar walk but not available when free in this busy concert week. So we found this lovely church in order to see the organ & place where Elgar & his father were organists. Peaceful & beautiful

This is a very peaceful city centre church with a very welcoming atmosphere. Well worth a visit to admire the large paintings around the altar & spend a quiet moment away from the bustle of modern life!

Only had a very brief visit as there was a wedding on. (& not by invitation). It is stunning inside so I will be visiting again.
