The city museum covers many aspects of the city’s past especially industry and the military. The exhibits are well laid out, and clearly labelled. I did not enjoy the the art exhibition when we visited (What Do We Want) but the art exhibitions change regularly.More

... although a bit heavy on the miltary history. Some good cameos on the history of glove making, Worcester Sauce, prehistory etc but maybe more needed. Didn't see the Art Gallery as exhibition being changed. Worth an hour of anyone's timeMore

Fine looking museum. Good displays about local history regarding glove making ,Worcestershire sauce and Worcester regiment during wartime. The Art Gallery has been redone for the summer holidays with some excellent interactive stuff for children.More

Cluttered and very much aimed at the child population. The big art collection seemed either not on display or dispersed around various unrelated rooms. Smell from the cafe everywhere. A pity, as it's a most imposing building.More

took a foreign student there for brunch. She was very pleased with her toast. I chose lemon drizzle cake but was a little disappointed in the size of the slice and the dryness of the cake. I had a hot chocolate too which was lovely.

Much of the downstairs area is not used apart from a small area used as a shop. Upstairs is much better. A military section shows an array of uniforms and weapons across the ages along with a collection of medals, a photo and short bio...More
