The cathedral is worth a visit. It has beautiful windows and ceilings. And the links to King John and Prince Arthur were interesting. Would have liked to have known more about the spiritual side of the cathedral in today's society. The cake in the cathedral cafe was beautiful.

We didn't do the cathedral any justice by wondering around ourselves we should of done the organised tour which we will do the next time. So much history to take in a truly remarkable place to visit.

Soaring high over the River Severn, Worcester Cathedral is well worth a visit. We have shot past the Worcester turn-off on the M5 many times and hadn't realised we were only 7min from the city centre, Much more interesting than a motorway service station. If you park down by the river the view you get of the cathedral from the... More

Had a lovely wander around Worcester Cathedral. What a stunning building & crammed full of interesting stuff to see & do. Guided tours available if that's your thing. Free entry is always a nice bonus but donations are most welcome....recommend this to anyone who is visiting this lovely city.

Very attractive location by the river, but rather too adjacent to main roads on the North side. An impressive building, great stained glass - although nearly all Victorian and later. Interesting exhibition of stitching in the nave at present. Good guide book, and mini-guides on various topics. Don't miss King John's tomb, or Prince Arthur's chantry. Interesting collection of miserichords.... More

We really enjoyed our visit to this very interesting cathedral. The welcome staff were very knowledgeable and entrance is free though off course a donation is rightly gratefully received. If in Worcester this is a must see.

This is probably one of the best cathedrals we have visited. The architecture is amazing, the stained glass windows beautiful. Entry is free but a £7 donation was suggested per person. Worcester is a quaint city with lots of Tudor buildings, many cafes and shopping facilities.

What an amazing building, the outside does not do it credit. Did not have enough time to fully read everything but will set more time aside if we visit again. The bells are rung on Sunday which was lovely to listen too.

We visited the cathedral yesterday morning. We thought we would just pop in for a quick look around but ended up spending over an hour exploring. We were first met by a lovely guide named Andrew, he shared lots of interesting information about the cathedral. It's a beautiful cathedral and well worth a visit.
