Bags of rubbish hanging on the fence at the base, looks like a rough sleeper is kipping under the spire and a strong smell of an unknown substance as you walk around, not great. Enjoyed the display of snowdrops around the garden.

Being a restored ruin it may seem strange as an attraction but the gardens and the location enhance the structure. Seating in the grounds is good and worth a visit.
