A real surprise and wonderful history. Amazing furniture that I couldn’t resist touching with several pieces that I wished I could take home. A smashing museum which is very well organised. The gentleman in charge was very informative, his enthusiasm infectious.

Well worth a visit and walk around the museum - only small, but with some great examples of Russel's work and contemporaneous objects. The short introduction from the volunteers was most informative and made for a very interesting visit.

Especially enjoyed the "one-off" pieces of furniture he designed. It's also great to be able to touch the pieces and appreciate them in detail. Good explanations available with each and along the way.

Great food, freshly prepared and seasonal. Very reasonable price for the quality and choice. Booking recommended.

Much as we'd love to take the credit, I think this must be for our neighbours Russell's of Broadway, who do indeed do great food :)
