There is some information in there, and some posters. Not that much to explore to be honest. Lucky to bumped into some local dance groups having a dance event right in front of the museum.

Granted, this is something of a small museum but it speaks plenty about Windsor. It has two floors. I liked learning about the army's link with the town which was well presented. The ground floor shows various ordinary people from Windsor. The second floor has...More

Windsor and Royal Borough museum is in the guildhall, next to Windsor Castle. It has much local information and displays and as the name suggests covers Windsor area. £2 entrance fee. Audio guide available.

Came across this Museum as we were walking past, so decided to have a look inside. It's smaller than we thought, but packed with info on local history. £2 each entry fee, but well worth it. Staff very helpful, and knowledgeable, thank you!
