The island is ideal for walking around with children and summer picnics. It also has a small ice cream stand that also serves drinks. Or you can go to the pub when you’re done walking. One of our favourite spots in town.

Lovely place to feed the ducks and have an ice cream on a hot summer's day. Regularly go there to clear out heads and relax

Ray mill island is open every day. There is no one on site permanently and it is run by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Info and phone numbers are on their website. Hope this helps!
