Beautiful settings and gardens, delightful for a picnic. Lots of hidden smaller areas to sit quietly with a book and chat with friends. A great wedding venue, with amazing old buildings dotted around the grounds. But don't have the afternoon tea, which is actually just...More

Larmer tree is tucked away in a beautiful spot, with a series of interlinked areas hidden behind high laurel hedges and delightfully quirky small buildings. I don't think I could imagine a better place to hold a celebratory function, like a wedding or birthday party....More

My husband has started passing the gates on a regular basis going to work and brought me here today out of curiosity. A long elegant driveway leads you to plenty of parking. Walked in the main gate and passed a lovely tearoom, which we visited...More

I have been to Larmer Tree festival but this time came for a wedding. Wow, such a beautiful location......and the most amazing wedding! It is set in such stunning countryside and the gardens are really beautiful, as are the peacocks!

We are regular visitors to the Larmer Tree Gardens. They are beautiful victorian pleasure gardens that have been lovingly restored. The tea room is excellent and I love watching the majestic peacocks. There is a great music festival that takes place here every summer which...More

Bright sunshine always helps when visiting gardens but this place raises the game with numerous quirky buildings dotted around the whole area which you can explore. The gardens have the full range of plants from heathers and Gunnara in the sunken pond garden to woods...More

This was my second year, and I have only given it 4 Stars this year, as it was not quite as good as last year. I was in the Camp Rushmoor - comfy camping, and I highly recommend this camp site. The Hot showers were...More

It feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. When we went to the festival, we were sent directions for the last leg of the journey; down country lanes. That might have been to lessen the impact on people who live in the... More
