Although the setting is excellent we felt that the garden was not cleared well and everything felt sticky. The gents toilets were a disgrace and need pulling down and starting again. There was no door lock and the entire room was dirty and smelly.

It was OK I guess. No more than a chain pub with aspirations to be little else. Food certainly from the microwave. Music was too loud. Nice room though ...

More like a night club than a pub. The food is not good, the place dark and tatty. What a waste of a truly beautiful building. It is a crime. With the mill water lapping at its feet, a little garden it could be such...More

Best to be avoided as not helpful staff. Place is a hygiene. Risk and bouncers will let their friends do what they like and another rule for everyone else. Your liable to get you wallet lifted here as well
