Four hours away from home in Leeds I urgently needed few treatments ahead of a busy industry conference. A few cold calls in, I spoke salon owner Beverley who made an extra effort to fit me in with her regulars. I wasn’t expecting to be so pampered and walked out feeling 100% better than when I walked in. A well run business, with an expert service and a warm, relaxed welcome. I will definitely return when next in Leeds.

I had a full body spray tan done here before going on holiday, but it turned out to be a blotchy nightmare. My elbows, knees, and the bottom of my feet should have been prepped better with barrier cream, but they turned dark and blotchy because the spray was unevenly applied. The bottom of my feet especially ended up looking embarrassingly ridiculous.
While in the tanning booth, I pointed out to the owner that the spray wasn't evenly applied and she tried to tell me that it was the lighting. When I shifted position to show her that it clearly wasn't the lighting, she began patronising me, that she wasn't done brushing it in yet. Even after she brushed it in, it wasn't done correctly.
Since it was a bit of a humid day, the spray took longer to dry, but I was told I had to leave before the spray tan dried completely. When I got home, part of the tan came off on my t-shirt. They should have had a fan available to dry spray tan customers quicker. I'm never going back to this place and would definitely not recommend for their unprofessional spray tan services.

I had my fingernails and toenails done with gel at bliss,also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted.first time visit and I’ve got to say that the owners bev & André are so friendly and make you feel so relaxed and welcome,I also took my grand daughter with me she’s only 11 and treated her to gel nails to for our up coming holiday,Danika was so good with her and talked to her throughout.all staff go above and beyond to make your time there feel relaxed and special.will definitely be going back.

Booked an Elemis back massage here for me and my friend for her birthday. From the moment we walked in it just struck us as the most friendly and relaxed environment, the two ladies who worked there were such kind souls and looked after us the entire time we were there. The massage was super professional and incredibly relaxing, couldn’t have asked for more for the service. They offer so many treatment options from nails to eyebrows and professional massage options that I would go back in a heartbeat, thank you so much to you both and can’t wait to come back soon!

I rang early on a Saturday morning for a last minute appointment. My six year old was desperate to get her nails done for the first time as a birthday treat but we were let down at the last minute elsewhere. I’m glad we were! Beverley was like a beauty super hero- sweeping in, rescuing the day and doing an incredible job. We were so pleased with the manicure and the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Had a massage off Beverly, what a wonderful experience. Very friendly, made me feel very welcome. The massage was great, also had a facial used with derma planning. She also gave me a free eyebrow wax and a cup of coffee. Booked for full body massage this week. Highly recommend.

The staff are very helpful always willing to go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble
