A peaceful haven so close to Leeds city centre! Easy parking, good walkways although very muddy after the rain so go prepared with boots! Plenty of ducks to feeds, lovely coffee shop and toilet facilities, interesting information about the park and its wildlife.

Always an enjoyable walk around Golden Acre Park. Plenty of car parking spaces. Lots of bird species for the avid twitcher and a cafe for refreshments. Enjoy

Our visits always start with a trip to the Café which has recently been extended. It provides excellent food with plenty of variety and the staffing ensures quick, efficient and helpful service. Not only can you get gentle exercise walking round the lake but you can also gain access to the Yorkshire Wildlife Reserve which has two Bird Hides which... More

I have been visiting Golden Acre Park since I was a small child. I would recommend going there. The cafe is very good for lunch or tea and a yummy cake. Give it ago you will love it
