I had a wonderful night last night at the Banff Mountain Film Festival tour in Leeds. The show was fantastic and the venue was great. The main hall in which the screening took place is beautiful.

The building is a really impressive piece of architecture that shows how prosperous Leeds has been through history. When we visited there was some covers over the front as some restoration work was going on.

Leeds is a kind of dark city. The Town Hall makes you feel in heaven. Go for it. Right in the middle of everything.

Been here a few times now. Decent, pretty venue - I like the high domed ceiling in particular. Loses a star as seats a bit cramped
