Its about the only excuse for such a poorly run operation. They put on an exhibition of Chippendale furniture which is clearly more likely to attract a more mature audience than the average age of the pram borne infants being pushed around downstairs. Do they...More

Thank you for your comments. We vary our exhibition programme to suit different audiences. The current Chippendale exhibition is aimed at a more adult audience and celebrates Chippendale 300 anniversary. The next exhibiiton Beavers to Weavers which opens in July is a more child friendly...More

Sunday morning doesn't open till 11 and we along with several families were waiting for it to open - obviously popular with young families on a cold February day. Lots of interesting and interactive exhibits and very good shop.

Thank you for your comments. The Royal Armouries is a national museum, whereas we are a local museum, so don't mind coming second to them!
