Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place to meet.. great architecture-imposing Victorian square with new and old blended nicely ! Lots of space and bars and cafes around and very often things happening on the square, especially the excellent Christmas market!

The Millennium Square is quite a large square with alot of old buildings surrounding it including the Leeds City Museum. When I visited a large part of the square was cordoned off as they were getting it ready for the Christmas Market.

The visit coincided with student and youngsters demonstrating about global warming. A good size square overlooked by a big Wetherspoon and a big museum. Good atmosphere though and clean.

Really impressive square in front of the city hall. Was the scene of a large Hindu rally when I visited.

There is some very impressive architecture surrounding the square with beautiful law court building. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area and currently there is a wonderland fair with skating and rides. A great place to bring kids.

Excellent place to dip your toe into the theme of a Christmas market.
We included a trip to the Panto next door.
Oh yes we did and it was magical festive fun.

Not far from the centre of Leeds, this plays host to a number of events through out the year (Most Notably a huge screen for the Works Cup in the Summer and the Christmas Market). It’s not difficult to find with easy access on Foot from any number of directions.
