It has a Beautiful beach and a nice trail to walk, but is under the army jurisdiction, so need to have a pass prepared at the gate.

A really lovely circular walk around the island. Allow 3 hours from wherever you park in the Emsworth area. Carry water and sandwiches and enjoy a picnic en route with spectacular sea views. We live locally and do this walk when friends come to stay...More

there aren't exactly cycle routes all around the island, I'm afraid...Though you can still cycle around some part of it...
