I love the Cathedral. Sometimes I wander round checking out the history of the place, other times I seek a place of contemplation. I have also enjoyed going to Evensong such a nice experience. The Cathedral is a must when visiting Chichester.

We do not normally visit churches / cathedrals but made an exception in this case and it was well worth it. A wonderfully relaxing visit with extremely well informed and friendly guides who explained how the cathedral mixed ancient and modern. The printed guide is...More

Chichester cathedral is the only English cathedral that can be seen from the sea- its spire was used as a guiding landmark by seafarers. It is a classic English cathedral with vaulted ceilings and cloisters. I enjoyed the reverential atmosphere in the cathedral as well...More

Love Chichester especially the cathedral. It stands so well in its grounds and is full of presence. Beautifully managed and always a must to see.

All as previously stated; beautiful stained glass windows and architecture . We went during the day and decided to book for evening concert. This Cathedral has a lovely atmosphere - particularly during the night sky - both inside and out. A real gem

A group of us joined a guided tour of the cathedral. It was very interesting and well presented. I feel we learned much more from having the tour than we would have done with a casual visit. It's a nice cathedral with many interesting features.
