Been here on many occasions and love the fact that it has so many different aircraft and there are some that you can go inside. The staff are very helpful and always there to answer questions. Well worth a visit, even if you're not a big fan of aircraft. Great for children too.

My wife enjoyed going into the pilots seat of a 1950 civil airliner. Very interesting displays. Shame there was a queue to get into both the Victor and the Vulcan.

Just brilliant. Something for everyone to see. Brilliant if you're mad on engines and planes and models, and the local area when things were made there, and interesting if you just wanted a different day out. Well worth the entry fee as we were there three hours. So much was crammed into every space. Wherever you turned was a part... More

We visited with our 7 year old and our 1 year old, lots to look at and lots of info to read. The kids loved going inside the planes and a guide took our daughter in the cockpit of one of the planes and explained about the plane, the pilot and all the controls etc. He was really friendly and... Great place to learn about war time history for the local area. Nice aircrafts outside. Some rear stuff there!

We have visited this museum many times, as our son is obsessed with planes and loves it here. Today's visit was extra special, as one of the volunteer's noted my son's interest in aviation and took him on a guided tour around four of the aircraft outside on display. My son, Aaron, was given a guided tour of the cockpit... More

Well what a treat for young and old .Me and the Wife visited with the grandchildren and so much to see.The old gloster meteor and vampire jets not so big and scary now as when they flew over our house in the 'fifties and scared the life out of us ,as they did circuits from Bittiswell Airdrome. Definitely a must... More

Wow, wow, wow. I cannot say much more. Fantastic time, wonderful museum. Highlight of my visit was the Vulcan cockpit experience. Have seen these planes fly over so many times, never thought that I would be in the cockpit of one. The gentlemen guide in there was so knowledgeable - took me back in time. An experience I will never... More
