OK so having researched where to park (advance parking West car park) and arriving in good time it was easy to park. A short walk to the arena where the first "problem" occurred. Steward said to queue at door then later another steward said entrance...More

Being our first time here we were amazed how easy it was to find your way around and there are plenty of stewards to help you find your seat .

Easy central location with huge choice of bars and food nearby . Smooth entry, seats good and quality sound system . Toilet queues particularly mens were terrible - it took about 5 mins to queue to get out through the narrow doorway. Bought 2 small...More

Excellent venue for this type of 'stadium' event, but not too big. The staff were also excellent in helping to deal with a selfish jerk who insisted on vaping some foul smelling substance in our row. Would certainly travel to this venue again

Fabulous concert in a pretty impressive arena. Good facilities and cashless tills for drinks etc a very good idea. Good security, which a definite plus point given the Manchester Arena terrorist attack.Seating and general setting very good. Although pretty much full, it didn't take too...More

A lot of staff on to help a sell-out crowd. Very friendly. Good air-con...thankfully! Good choice of food/drink outlets but take note-they're now cashless.

Friendly polite and efficient staff at doors and around venue. Seem like too many seats in good location blocked by hanging monitors. Obscured the dead centre of the screen behind the stage. Sound quality very good. All in all a decent venue.

In Block 1 upper level. Would probably go in lower level next time just to be a bit closer but it was a pretty good position. Very tight seating and rows so close it's difficult to pass people getting in and out . If you...More

I come here often, travelling from Somerset to see the bigger artists on tour. Staff can be hit and miss with rudeness/kindness. Drinks and food are extortionate, and long lines for the toilet and bar never seem to cease. Good sound and space overall, though...More

Hi - the seats are the fold up type but beware the first row - row A as they have the barrier in front of them and there is less legroom than the rows behind!
