Uncover a world of chocolate delights and enjoy a fascinating, fun-packed day out at Cadbury World. From learning how your favourite confectionery is made and uncovering the fascinating story of Cadbury chocolate, to playing in chocolate rain and adding your favourite treat to a delicious pot of warm liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk. You'll discover the origins of the cocoa bean amidst trees and waterfalls in the Aztec Jungle, before jumping on board the magical Cadabra ride and visiting the brand new 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, a 4D cinema experience featuring Cadbury's most popular characters. Cadbury World is located in the grounds of the original Cadbury factory, but isn't a tour of the factory itself. Instead, you'll discover the history, the making and the magic of Cadbury confectionery as you journey through our chocolatey zones.

I've been here a few times but instead of it getting better each time I go, they don't update or make things better. It's a shame really that they don't invest more money into this. Good place to take the children and go as a family but it's not as good value for money as it used to be. I... More

Well this is my 7th visit to Cadbury world and it will be my last. From my childhood until now (a gap of 17 years) this place has changed a hell of a lot. We had a pre booked slot of 3pm- the queue was almost to the door. Person over tannoy kept saying do not join the queue unless... More

I wasn't expecting a tour of a factory and reading other reviews on here before I went I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I'd say this "attraction" is best visited by large groups of school children or for kids between 6 and 12, otherwise don't bother. We found a cheap deal for half price on Thursdays, if we hadn't... Was very impressed with the 4d chocolate adventure and the exhibition. Interesting tour around the factory with great insight of Cadbury history! Favorite part of the exhibition was the chocolate making tour where you get to experience warm chocolate and the chocolatiers at work! As well as couples, it's very kid friendly and I'm sure they will love it...

Second time we've been, less to see then previously. They could do with a separate entrance for the hoards of school kids, and a place for them to wait as they take up the entire entrance while waiting/eating lunch. Allocated times don't work, as we waited an extra 30 minutes to the time on the ticket. While it says you... More

This place is a complete ripoff on prices for chocolates £2.50 for a small bottle of coke, Fanta etc All of the chocolate in this shop is sold at, at least 30% more that what you would buy in a corner shop/supermarket I also found the staff were extremely rude and unfriendly Buy your chocolate at the supermarket....it's much cheaper!!!

Me and my boyfriend visited here on a Sunday morning. We spent about 3.5 hours here, so a good amount of time to experience everything Cadbury World has to offer. Living in Birmingham we have visited here before, but still enjoy the day. We were greeted with free chocolate before we entered the exhibition, which was very gratefully received. Not... More

I'd not visited cadbury world for about 15 years but I was keen to take my 5 year old as I knew he'd love watching the packaging plant, we were disappointed to find that the packaging plant has now closed! You don't get to see any of the production or packaging anymore and this isn't clearly stated on the website.... More

Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave Cadbury World a review. Unfortunately the packaging zone is currently only partly open to visitors whilst some Cadbury magic is sprinkled in this area – an exciting new zone is on it’s way! Visitors are still able to walk through the zone and view a static packaging production line but... More
