Overview
More
Uncover a world of chocolate delights and enjoy a fascinating, fun-packed day out at Cadbury World. From learning how your favourite confectionery is made and uncovering the fascinating story of Cadbury chocolate, to playing in chocolate rain and adding your favourite treat to a delicious pot of warm liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk. You'll discover the origins of the cocoa bean amidst trees and waterfalls in the Aztec Jungle, before jumping on board the magical Cadabra ride and visiting the brand new 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, a 4D cinema experience featuring Cadbury's most popular characters. Cadbury World is located in the grounds of the original Cadbury factory, but isn't a tour of the factory itself. Instead, you'll discover the history, the making and the magic of Cadbury confectionery as you journey through our chocolatey zones.

Yes this is a perfect day out for youngsters, but actually, there is lots to interest every age range. It has altered over the years, and is now a modern, fun attraction, with lots of special effects and hands-on things to do. Not cheap, but...More

Booked in online as it is very busy otherwise. We arrived for lunch, very busy. Looked around the Bournville experience. Had our assigned time slot tour. Felt rushed. Even though it was self guided, so many people in at once, hectic. The whole tour is...More

A very well organised venue with lots of free parking. Unlike many such venues, Cadbury World limits the number of visitors that can attend each day, thus it is a much more enjoyable experience as there are no long queues, the staff are well trained...More

Arrived with two children aged 8 and 11. Disappointed with the lack of things to see regarding the chocolate making process. Thought we'd see the machinery working or at least a mock up, but there was nothing but old machinery behind a window. Interactive displays...More

Decided to take the kids to Cadbury World after talking about it for a while and why not who doesn't love chocolate. We have an 11 year old and 17 year old but I do think a lot of it is aimed at younger children....More

Terrible experience with a 5 and 6 year old. Queues for food, queues through the exhibition, queues for rides. A member of staff justified the queues with "it is the holidays". This is pathetic, Cadbury World was too full for the facility, one can only...More

Yes you can take a packed lunch or buy food there, there is plenty of picnic benches, and some or under cover just in case it rains or the weather is bad. Hope that answers your question.

Most of it is indoors except the play area and the 4D experience is a short walk outside. Often there's a queue to get in to this but there's a canopy over it and once your through the door the 4D experience is all indoors... More
