Good day out.

Been here a few times now. Its a great, cheap day out. Loads of animals and its a good size place. Right next to Cannon hill park and the MAC too so loads to do on a sunny day.

Nice cheap day out seeing animals in the nature centre. Just next to cannon hill park too. Watch out for days when you can feed the annimals too. Nice little cafe inside but also picnic areas. The paths are all in pretty good nick so quite easy for push chairs and wheel chairs.

Have been visiting the Nature Centre for over 30 years - first with my daughter and now with my granddaughters. Originally this was a free attraction and the price has crept up over the years. However, there have been huge improvements in both the number and range of animals and the grounds themselves. The new children's play area looks as... More

Nice place, well laid out, animals easy to spot, avoid the kids packs in the cafe though as a rip off!

The centre is well laid out, the staff are friendly, not many bench seats and limited parking which was the only drawbacks for us.

This is one of the best kept secrets of Brum.....the O/H provided some bamboo for their red panda's otherwise we would not have known about it............take the grandkids regularly and they so enjoy it....take a picnic or eat there quite reasonably......just go for a few hours wandering around.

Having never been before I was unsure what to expect from the reviews I had seen. There is a good selection of animals, a lot of capuchin monkeys but also Meerkats, red pandas, Lynx and Ocelots to name a few. The animals appear well cared for, there are play areas for kids both indoors and a new outdoor play area... More

They have a small but wonderful variety of animals with mediocre sized enclosures for animals. I think the place could do with a little bit of expansion and funding. The ticket is priced at a reasonable 6 pounds. However, some animals really looked sad because of the limited space available to them. The ring tailed lemur (King Julian) didnt even... More
