Featuring on the BBC James Martin Home Comforts, I am a native Indonesian from the island of Java. Do come and join me in my modern kitchen in Birmingham and learn to cook authentic South East Asian dishes from scratch !
I look forward to teaching you dishes that I have grown up with for you to recreate in your own home to wow your family and friends !

Booked a 1-2-1 course with Tina and we made 3 that dishes ( Pad Thai, Thai green curry and spring rolls). Really friendly and knowledgeable, Tina put you at ease and showed you step by step how to create your dishes and they were delicious. Highly recommend for both experienced and novice and I learned so much. Very enjoyable thank you Tina x

We had an amazing Vietnamese cooking class with Tina! She was so friendly and welcoming and offered us a delicious and refreshing drink. Everything was well explained, well presented and the food we made (Summer Rolls with dipping sauce and Beef Pho) was absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to make it at home. Hopefully we will be back soon for another class. Cannot recommend highly enough!

What a fantastic experience it was Simply Superb, Tina is a highly skilled and very talented chef who allows you to visit her at her home and learn how to cook authentic healthy Thai dishes. (if she can teach celebs, she can teach us :o))
I didn't know I had so much talent....my Pad Thai was great, my spring roles were delicious and my Thai green curry was to die for.
Cant wait for my next course on cooking Indonesian food.
If you like Asian cuisine this is a must have experience

Tina is so lovely, she's a great teacher and made us feel just at home. We picked up such great and easy tips to be able to recreate our very own Vietnamese favourites!

Wow. Wow. Wow. What else can I say?
What an experience! Tina is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the cuisines she teaches. We did the Thai course and learned so much more than you can from a YouTube video. Great value for money, great experience and if you want to taste some of the best food you’ll ever make, book a place now. Really can’t fault anything.

Tina was a wonderful host, a walm welcome and refreshing drinks followed by 3 hours of great instruction.

Tina is a perfect host! Very professional but also welcoming and created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. She is passionate about her craft it is shows in the result! The food was delicious - we couldn't believe we were able to make such a tasty and filling meal ourselves. First time having Vietnamese food, and Tina made sure we embraced all parts of the culture too! Definitely worth every penny, and will be back again to try another cuisine! Received personal professional pictures too - was a great addition to the experience - thank you so much!

Tina is the perfect host and instructor. In a very relaxed environment Tina taught us about many new ingredients to cook some great Thai food, we couldn't believe we had produced such high quality dishes and they tasted excellent. Thanks Tina, we will be back for another class soon!
