Frequent visitor here - this is a must if you enjoy repertoire that doesn't always get done on the main stages of places like the Rep. It's run professionally although the shows are professionally done by amateurs.

We visited the Crescent to watch a show, and whilst the end of the show was an odd disappointment the theatre was not. The building is well looked after and has a cosy bar. We took advantage of the intermission drinks which was terribly British,...More

So much more intimate than the other larger Birmingham theatres. Quaint, in a slightly shabby chic sort of way, the staff are really friendly and helpful - last year we had to return tickets at very short notice due to a death in the family;...More

As usual it was a fantastic production even though the performers seemed less in numbers this year. There’s one problem, the seats are so uncomfortable. You have no option but to sit with your knees at 90 degree angle so for me who is unable...More

This is a fabulous venue. I watched an amateur production which was excellently performed thigh sadly few audience members. It's definitely worth visiting and supporting. Brilliantly located to the Hilton garden hotel and brindley place.
