Visited with a friend for a trade show in halls 11/12. I was astounded at the prices and poor quality in the restaurant. Paper cups, poor selection of cake, extortionate prices for cold sandwiches/bagettes etc.... They also had the audacity to charge £12.95 reduced from £16.95 for fish, chips & peas.... I could have purchased these hand cooked by Rick... More

I maybe a little long in the tooth but I have never really looked forward to events at the NEC but this visit was different. Strangely everything seemed much customer focused and all the franchises offered pretty good service and value for money. The only complaint would be the main Hungry franchise in hall 12 who must have had a... More

Charging £12 to park, even for disabled visitors is an absolute disgrace. Add on to this the cost of admission tickets and petrol makes it a very expensive visit.

Recently attended the Spring Craft Fair, excellent location! Very easy to get to with the train stopping right outside the main area with no need to go outside of the arena if you don't wish to. Yes it's a huge space with lots of halls but very easy to get around and all under cover. Lots of places to grab... More

We visit the NEC at least twice a year and spend around 6 days each time doing trade shows, it can be a big soulless place at first but once you get used to it and get to know the geography, it is a great business venue - well done!
