Deservedly in the CAMRA 2019 Good Beer Guide. Unique in every way. Well worth seeking out despite being tucked away and with restricted hours however your efforts will be well rewarded. Highly recommended.

What a great place! Excellent knowledgeable service, relaxed atmosphere, retro décor and loads of music paraphernalia. The drinks are unique, a reasonable price and vegan friendly too.

A lovely quieter visit to this great little micro pub / brewery. 3 nice real ales on as normal. All £3 a pint. Nice to see more poster of Elvis Presley about. Fairly decent music played in back ground. A little mini bar with miniature...More

Discovered this place on Saturday and absolutely loved it. Ignore the complaining reviews about what its not. There are clear signs at the entrance stating its sells beer, no J20, no Prosecco etc and is cash only. Choice of 3 beers, all £3 a pint....More

Got there within an hour of opening & the place was heaving. Hardly surprising as the 3 real ales on are always lovely. Eventually got a seat in the new add on extension. Fire on, place snug & cosy. Shame it can’t open more often...More

Hi Charlie As a regular punter at the Rock n' Roll Brewhouse (not affiliated in any way, just a supporter), I'm a little confused by your review. From what I gather from your post, you didn't check in advance whether it was okay to bring a child to the venue. The Brewhouse has to comply with strict licensing laws, which are in some respects stricter than ordinary pubs (it's a brewery, not a public house, so there are very tight controls about what they can serve, for example). Even so, most pubs and all music venues have their own policies on allowing children onto their premises. It seems a little churlish to give the place a bad review because you made an incorrect assumption and was disappointed. I'm sure that a little courtesy "is it alright to bring my son in?" would have mitigated any concerns.

And for those reading this it is a small enterprise opening to the public for very limited hours hence it is cash only and beer/bottled cider and fruit juice only. No crisps nuts etc either but they do have pop up food... More
