A nice small museum in the middle of Warwick. Good specimens of plesiosaurs and a giant Elke skeleton .. could do with more explanation regarding the actual elke

Nothing more or less than it pretends to be, this is a perfectly decent local museum with a bit of local knowledge and some decent exhibitions on archaeology and fossils in the local area.

We were in town when it started raining so we headed to the museum for a mooch. There are two galleries upstairs; one focusing on archaeology and the other on natural history. It's a bit tired and not very interactive but a free attraction nonetheless...More

Child friendly .... and really really interesting , right in town , i have beem 3 times, and taken my grandchild, she never tires of the visit, and wants to go again ..... best of all its free !!

Free of charge. An interesting little museum with some impressive fossils, a hoard of Roman coins and a taxidermy collection among other things. Worth a visit.

For a small museum this has a very large amount of information and displays.The ground floor is devoted to geology and prehistory.I learnt that this area is the Earthquake centre of the UK.whenever the Atlantic ridge or the african plate move Warwick will feel it...More

The recently refurbished Warwickshire Museum, should be include on all visits to Warwick. It is small and free! Downstairs there is a small changing exhibition space, and a gallery of Geology and Fossils, including the famous stuffed Bear and some Dinosaurs. Upstairs are two galleries;...More
