There is a hush at the gravesite in the church. Pretty amazing to stand at this place. The church itself is beautiful and has. A nice little shop with tasteful souvenirs.

We don't often visit Stratford especially in peak season, it when we do it's always great to find a more tranquil spot to sit and gather your thoughts. Holy Trinity gives that opportunity to step away from the frantic pavements of the town centre.

We thought itd be nice to see the church and to see Shakespears final resting place. It's a beautiful church with lots of visitors and although plenty to see such as the memorial to those fallen during WW2. Shakespears tomb is located at the rear of the church where if you wish to proceed down to visit it you need... More

This church is beautiful. Set near stunning gardens, go see where Shakespeare is buried. A donation lets you go through to his tomb, and take as many pictures as you like.

We have visited this church several times since reviewing it four years ago and it has not changed. They manage to cater for the tourists while keeping the church as a church. The history of the church maybe obvious but the information both in writing and by staff, helps give it more meaning. All staff are only too happy to answer... More

Walk along the river and over the footbridge... to appreciate the church setting. £3.00 fee to view Shakespeare's grave. What we liked was how relaxed this church felt... it hasn't suffered from the tourist trap... if you pay for nothing else in Stratford pay to visit the grave..a rewarding experience!

This is a beautiful church, where for a donation of £2.00 you can see Shakespeare's tombstone and also that of his wife. You can also see the font he was christened in and a bust commissioned by his wife, which is meant to be the closest representation of Shakespeare. (It is free for children to visit.)
