Passing through, the station was clean, with a choice of stops for food etc. The staff were helpful. The trouble is this must be the coldest Railway station in the world. There were shelters which could be a little bigger

A large station but easy to get around to find your platform. Staff also friendly and helpful. Being near city centre was perfect.

Staff are always on hand when you need help or advice. Toilets are always clean, choice of coffee huts before and after the barriers provides some rest areas when trains are delayed.
