- Cheryl T1 contributionAMAZING!Today we went on the 12:30 stadium tour for my sons 10th Birthday and it was absolutely brilliant. The kids loved it and Carol and the lads were great. Jamie was great with the kids, asking who there favourite players are and talking about what their favourite subjects at school etc are and telling them to make sure they stick in with the football training. Carol made the whole tour really interesting and was just great craic. We will definitely be back ❤️Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 7 October 2023

- BC2 contributionsHoway the lads !!Fantastic !! Booked on to the 1330 trip around St James park today. Two enthusiastic Geordies showed us around, plenty of history, tales, and humour. Definitely recommend to any visiting football fans not just NUFC. Thank you. God bless Shearer!!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 27 October 2023
- Chris S4 contributionsGreat Stadium TourWe booked our lads (7 and 12) on a guided stadium tour; £55.80 for the four of us. The guides were fantastic: friendly and knowledgeable, and great with the children. We were taken to the top of the Milburn stand, back via an executive box, to the changing rooms, through the tunnel to the pitch then to the press and briefing area. A really enjoyable hour and a half; the time flew by. You don't need to be a Toon supporter to enjoy this tour. We thought it great vfm. and finished off with lunch in Shearer's Bar - good burgers!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 28 October 2023
- DaveyBoyChanterStanley, United Kingdom14 contributionsExcellent tour, a must for any football fan!My Wife and I did this tour yesterday and both thoroughly enjoyed it! The access is fantastic, getting to see the changing rooms, executive boxes etc. Jamie and Carol were our tour guides and were really excellent. Jamie had said he hadn't been doing it too long, but you wouldn't know, he was a natural! Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and took the time to have a bit chat with everyone individually when going from one spot to the next. Carol was also incredibly knowledgeable and was always on hand to help take a photo! Really fantastic tour, would highly recommend!Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 29 October 2023
- Grace M1 contributionStadium tourWent on the stadium tour, was amazing and definitely worth the money best way to spend my 18th bday! The tour guides even let me walk out into the pitch first for my bday! Once again was amazingVisited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 31 October 2023

- Sinéad PManchester, United Kingdom8 contributionsStadium Tour of Newcastle UnitedWe had the most wonderful time on the tour of the ground at Newcastle United’s home - St James Park. Our tour guide Keith was so friendly, brought his A game with Manchester v Newcastle banter, and was so kind and knowledgeable about the ground. He seemed to be so passionate about the club, ground and players and genuinely cared about giving everyone a lovely experience there. Much better than I was expecting it to be I must say, and very reasonably priced for all the time spent in the ground and the places we got to visit and take pictures of. We would go again in a heartbeat!Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 31 October 2023

We had a brilliant tour experience thanks to our tour guide Carol.
She was informative about the club, the stadium and its history, as well as being thoroughly entertaining.
I would absolutely recommend doing the Access All Areas tour at St James' Park, and I plan to go back in the summer to do the Rooftop Tour!

Pub lunch & tour
Only reason why this is a 4 out of 5 is the online booking process which seriously needs work, when asked for help the attitude of the staff member was not helpful but frustrated me more.
The tour itself, wow! You can tell Carol has been doing this for a long time, she was incredible. Made sure everyone got their photos and asked their questions, she was incredibly considerate of everyone.
The pub lunch...don't eat before it! So much food, incredible value for the price; and you get a discount with your pass at Nine bar!'

Today, with Martin and Bill, my family and I had an excellent tour. Their warm friendliness, knowledge and captivating stories kept all of us interested and engaged throughout the two hour tour. From posh (expensive) players’ private boxes to bird’s eye views of the stadium, to corporate function rooms, to players changing areas, to media havens, this was a value for money tour and I would highly recommend it to any football fan - even Sunderland supporters!! 😜 Thank you Martin, Bill and NUFC!

Atmosphere is among the best in the football with everyone feeling a sense of wonder and excitement at watching their team play in the best league in the world, at one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world. The spectacle of Wor Flags is unbelievable and as a toon fan brings a lump to your throat for pride in being a Geordie and living in Newcastle upon Tyne. The singing and chanting will live with you always.
With the takeover having happened and a bright future for NUFC, you will be lucky to get a ticket to watch a game at St James' Park.
Will recommend to everyone.

Excellent tour if St James Park today. Our tour guide Olivia was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. She was entertaining too hand kept us smiling and laughing with little snippets about players and the club. There was a lot packed into the tour and it’s great being able take photos along the way. Keep up the good work Liv!

A fantastic morning with Carol our tour guide around the inside of St James Park from 10.30am today. Our host was amazingly knowledgeable, attentive and funny and gave us some great stories about how the club is run and how much things cost.
My Newcastle mad 8 year old nephew absolutely loved every minute, he got some great photos of him (taken by Carol) especially in the changing rooms and tunnel.
He learned loads about the club, and it was a brilliant hour and three quarters and we’re definitely coming back to do the roof top tour in the summer.
Brilliant stuff

What a fabulous day out we had yesterday (Sunday 10th Oct 14.30) being born and bred in Newcastle I am ashamed to say I had never set foot in the stadium before, after meeting our tour guide carol I knew it was going to be a memorable day.we got to see rooms/sights I never even knew existed.after booking for my sons birthday as he has a love of the magpies especially almiron we knew this was the perfect gift.we learnt so much from carol and she had the best sense of humour even taking pictures of our family. The stadium is a very emotional place to walk round when it is that quiet thro the day robson’s statues ,milburn’s medals and a timeline including the first strip,it’s full of history and the club definitely showed us so much so Thankyou

We’ve supported and lived in Newcastle all of our lives and never done the tour until this week. Our tour guide Carol, who was really friendly, knowledgeable and had time to answer stuff, took us around the boxes, level 7, pitch side, the changing rooms and loads of other places on the tour. Highly recommended if you’ve not been before.

The away fans are placed up with the gods for football and I assume its to wear them out to stop them singing to match the non atmospheric Geordies. Famous atmosphere is just a myth and I've been to more lively funerals.
After walking up enough stairs to conquer Everest I must admit I did think defibrillators needed placing every few flights. Vertigo sufferers and those who do not love the feel of climbing 72,759 concrete stairs probably shouldn't bother!

Hi guys! On the rooftop tour, do you still go to the changing rooms etc like on the classic tour? Or is it just the rooftop? Many thanks in advance! Richie
Written 30 August 2019
You don’t go in the changing rooms but do go down the tunnel to look up to where you’ve been from pitch-side.

Hi, I have tickets for the West Ham game. Taking a couple of friends for the first time. We have tickets for the platinum club. What do you get with the platinum club? Been a while since I sat in that area. Is this where you can get in an hour before the game?
Written 2 November 2018
You can get into the stadium at I think 1pm and also I think at half time you can leave to have a smoke etc. If I'm not mistaken you use to get a match day programme for free but I'm not sure. You are best of emailing Newcastle box office because their box office contact through phone was a nightmare I'm not sure if it still is with them now having a new contact.
