This was a huge waste of money for a "blue" carpet which has turned grey with age, a bit like me! They even had to replace the original, dangerous, tiles after a load of accidents!

Walked past this many times and still don't get what it's about. Modern art can be really cool but on this case it's a waste of money and pavement

sadly this was built up to be a big attraction and never came to anything. total waste of (council) money. Don't bother visiting it.

its not blue , its not even nice, detracts from all the really lovely historical buildings around it ocasionally it has a nice food fair there but other than that its just vacant space
