A gem

What a pity this church looks so neglected. It is a really beautiful building and could be a jewel of the quayside. Well worth a look.

Love this church, in the middle of town and very commanding in appearance. Worth popping in as beautiful on the inside and very interesting history wise

This is such a lovely building, it I such a pity it is closed due to damage. I have not yet seen it open and would love to look inside. It has a wonderful aspect, but some may find it a steep climb from the Quayside. I still think it is well worth a look and the history of Aitkenside... More

Take a walk up from the Quayside and you come across this delightful church. It closed many years ago so you can't go inside, but the outside is amazing

Loved the surrounding and the church! Great restaurants around and plenty to do! Will be back next time in Newcastle.

This is a very nice 18th century church that has been repurposed. It is lovely from the outside, but unfortunately, it was closed to the public when we went there.

I love this building and it is supposed t have a ghost, but it is just the way it sits there and looks over The Quayside in its Prime position. If it could talk the history it could tell.
