Revisited with our two boys, now 12 and 14, parked in free car park on right, and followed the UFO route from that hallway point there. Somewhat unexpectedly, now children are a bit older they enjoyed the forest walk more than our previous visit -...More

We went on the UFO Trail during the day with our children who enjoyed being able to walk through the woods and see the map we had collected from the info centre. The area is particularly peaceful (unless you see a UFO!) and very interesting...More

Collect a map before you go as the signs can be hard to spot. Really interesting trail into the forest before eventually arriving at the clearing where the craft landed. There is a model of the UFO and lots of information. We did it in...More

We went here to see the site of the famous Rendlesham UFO incident. There's a short circular trail to follow through the woods and a sculpture which was unfortunately covered in graffiti. Great spot to visit for UFO enthusiasts or just people who enjoy a...More

A pleasant forest location with numerous trails and paths to follow as you wish, or you can stick to guided routes such as the UFO trail. Not a big enough forest to get dangerously lost in, but big enough to stretch your legs for a...More

This place is amazing for cycling and just for general walking about. It is also fantastic for kids with activities for all ages. The car park is big enough and is chargeable. The one for me is an off track cycle way which is not...More

Great place to go for walks and picnics. But the carpark charge is minimum charge is £3.50 wether you stop for 10 minutes or 10 hours ridiculous pricing.

We did the UFO trail with our dog. If you park just outside you don’t have to pay (car park on your right). Thoroughly enjoyed the walk and even got to see some husky racing!

As a family, we regularly visit the forest centre for picnic and bike rides and on occasion I manage to get a bigger mountain bike ride in to follow some of the longer and more challenging routes. It has a campsite, but we haven’t used...More

I visited with my OH who is very interested in UFO’s. The trail is well signposted and there is plenty of information boards posted around. We especially liked the ufo sculpture:) This is a beautiful place to visit and we will be returning.

The trail is 3 miles long so you could easily do it in an hour. But allow for two hours to read all the information panels and to stop and appreciate the beauty of the forest.

You can walk around the forest at all times. But please note that the main car park will be gated off in the evening (8pm in summer).
