Monkey Forest is completely unique to the UK. It is the only place that you can walk amongst 140 Barbary macaques roaming free in 60 acres of beautiful English Forest. Walking in the park transports you into a different world through close contact with the monkeys.

Our monkeys are free to roam a 60-acre woodland with no cages or bars. We are happy to hear you enjoyed seeing the monkeys in a natural environment and we hope to see again next year.

No, they tell you not to touch them just to look. There are many staff members around and I assume if you touch them they will ask you to leave.
